  1. Vegan Popcorn Hack!

    Mix everything bagel seasoning, salt and nuch (nutritional yeast) in a bowl. About 1/3 cup nuch, a tablespoon of everything bagel, and a sprinkle of salt. Then spray a bowl of popcorn with pure olive oil cooking spray. Dump the seasoning mixture over the popcorn and stir. Best vegan snack ever!

  2. Another way to cream-ify a soup or sauce is to add blended/mashed white or butter beans to it. Canned, they are soft enough that they turn smooth and make my soups incredible 🙂

  3. Unpopular opinion: there is no need to be vegan, unless you are allergic to dairy and don’t like meat. Eggs are perfectly fine to eat because if they are unfertilized they will just rot anyway, and they are good for you. Cows NEED to be milked. Cheese just comes from that milk. You aren’t doing a damn thing to help the animals by going vegan.

  4. I'm not vegan (though my diet is primarily plant-based–I'm flexarian), but I do like learning vegan recipes. I like expanding my repertoire in the kitchen, have more variety in my meatless meals, and also want to be able to cook delicious food for any friends that happen to be vegan.

  5. Protein are also available in milk and milk products, poached eggs , fish, etc. I am not from any community Vegan or Non – Vegan. Peace✌❤
