I'd serve all three and add a charcuterie board and some finger desserts then add a couple wines, beer and a signature drink as well as some sparkling water for those who don't want spirits and there you go!   8. Chef, I have a terrible aversion towards mayonnaise. No particular reason except just the smell, let alone the taste, makes me gag. For your spinach/artichoke dip, is there something I can substitute for the mayo, or am I basically S.O.L.?
