Just wondering why the onion was left whole?
Im getting ready for my first harvest of green beans!! Mama requested; an Granny taught me on my summer vacations.
This has always been a staple for a good hardy meal for my son and I!!
When I was little I used to have to break off the green beans π
Yum this sounds & looks so delicious. I think Iβm going to use kielbasa sausage instead of ham .
Maybe cover up that nipple at 5 mins 20 seconds xD

My Grandmother had me "snap these here beans" with her every summer. She also had me canning veggies, fruits and various jams and jellies with her!!!! Some of the greatest memories I have her are over food and kitchen prep! I have tried to pass on as many of these traditions as I can to my daughter. Thanks for reminding us how important our heritage is Cheff. Amazing looking soup. My daughter and I are definitely gonna try this one!!!!
