  1. The durch version of pancakes is really easy: you mix 500 ml of milk with 250 grams of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Then you add 2 eggs, about a tablespoon of oil (so it sticks less) and some cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Then you bake them in a pan. They are big, like crepes. After you bake them on both sides, you put sugar on it and you roll it. It's amazing and super easy.

  2. Uttappam is not even near to panckae. Pancake is a sweeter bread/pan-cake and uttappam is a mix veggie thick dosa.
    I mean they are two different things based on taste and ingredients..by the shape, ya ur correct
