  1. Hi , with respect for the Champion ,
    I can see some ,fundamental flaws in Pizza making
    the bottom of the Pizza has big Black spot 0:29 , a sign that Pizza crust is burned , make pizza to has a unpleasant taste !
    a good Pizza Crust has a brown Color Bottom , Not a burned Bottom Crust , It is a Big flaw , your pizza will have a unpleasant taste , a taste of burned bread . In my humble opinion , it is not professional made pizza !. ( by the way, I have made thousands of Pizza . in restaurant and I am Not a champion at all .:-)

    Look at that Mozzarella Pizza 0:46 , Notice those small Black measles spots around the Pizza crust , It is a sign , that pizza dough has been very cold , I mean, Pizza dough has taken out from Fridge and used Immediately ( the right way is to take pizza dough out of fridge and let it warm up slowly until it get a room temperature ) , those small black spot around the pizza 0:46 , are starches reaction
    In the temperature variation between very cold dough and hot temperature in oven . Not made professionally ,
