  1. About cooking in the microwave, I have been told once that a microwave heats up the liquid/water in something, so if you put anything in a microwave it is basically as if you are boiling or poaching it in a sense. However, I am no expert and cannot give you a source for that.

  4. I remember I once made biscuits in class and then my teacher tasted them once they were finished and told me they were way too salty and I checked myself and they were so salty.

    Turns out I had put in 2 tablespoons of salt instead of 2 teaspoons of salt I misread my recipe

  5. Honestly the biggest rookie mistake when you use microwave is immediately setting it in long time without intervals.. like you have to pause in between minutes to open for a few seconds.. that's what i learned
