ALMOND CROISSANT BLONDIES RECIPE:
For the base:
8Tbsp (1/2 cup) of Unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
1/2 cup of Brown sugar
1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/4 cup of Flour
1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
1/4 tsp of Salt
For the Frangipane:
5 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp of Almond Extract
1 cup of Ground Almonds
1 Tbsp of Flour
Tiny Pinch of salt, about 1/8 tsp
1/2 cup of Sliced Almonds

OH MY GOSH GUYS!! All of you who cant wrap their mind around the word "croissant" in the title. Its a blondie based on an almond croissant flavor. The almond paste gives the same FLAVORS!

I’ve never had this with just normal flour. We always use almond flour to really bring out that almond flavor and we always add a bit of honey too.
