  1. i've heard paper towel draining steams them on one side. have you experienced this? I use a raised rack over a paper towel to drain…..seems to make a major difference with any fried food, especially chicken and fish. your thoughts would be appreicated…!

  3. Just before this video, I made 2 lbs of raw peeled (frozen) shrimp by frying in a few tbs of olive oil, salt, pepper and parsely… and that's it. Cooked till barely done… always tasty and that's how my daughter likes it… but I'll try the breading next time and see how it goes. Thanks BP!
