  3. Hi.

I'm having a birthday dinner with some of my  friends in December 2022 and I'm struggling to find a recipe for a 16 x 4 inch round cake tin.

Could you help and send me some information on chocolate cake recipe for that size cake and also how much butter cream I'll need to fill and cover the cake.

What temperature does it need to cook on in an electric/fan oven? And for how long for?

Also can a 16 x 4 inch round cake tin fit into a 60 cm oven?

It also has to be a vegetarian recipe for: vegans, vegetarians and non-vegetarians to eat please?

Bare in mind this a big cake.

Could you get back to me please?

    Kind regards,

    Shareen Nichelle

  4. Awesome! I've been trying to learn about the science of baking, but I find regular cakes and confectionery products in general use way too much butter and milk, but especially butter…seriously, all recipes of cakes use batches and batches of creamed butter and then they coat it with even more butter (buttercream for example), which can't be healthy at all. I'm not vegan, but I do like to eat tasty stuff going as healthy as possible, so I think vegan bakery is the greatest option. Thank you so much!
