  1. Mine came out like rubber. It didnโ€™t flow, was more like a batter than a cake mixture. Like Iโ€™d missed an Ingredient! But i donโ€™t think I did. Very disappointed.

  3. There's a big difference between corn starch and corn flour. .
    What you have is corn starch …as it's white in colour and doesn't possess that raw corn smell like corn flour..
    I don't have it ๐Ÿ˜ณ.. i have corn flour๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ

  4. This recipe was so easy and delicious! I made my own applesauce by processing a few old apples in my food processor and added a little sugar and cinnamon. Used coconut oil for the oil and ended up having to use a 9 inch glass pie pan instead of an 8 inch square but it still turned out beautifully. Probably could have used a few more minutes in the oven as it came out a little moist and it seemed to be undercooked a little but the texture was a lot better after the cake was completely cooled. SO GOOD and simple! Thank you Manjula! Can't wait to try some more of your recipes!
