  1. made this as a side for dinner today i didn't have yogurt so i improvised and i forgot the tomatoes because i was making from memory which is not too good nowadays but it was still delicious and my daughter-in-law said it was good and she liked it -i will be making this again as i love eggplant, thankyou for great vegetarian recipes

  2. made it tonight. came out great.
    love the smell of those crackling cumin seeds.
    used the last of the brandywine tomatoes I've been saving in my very cool garage.
    shed a tear for the last real tomatoes!

  3. the eggplant skin is veryyy healthy for you! full of nutrients and anti oxidants! is there any reason you take it off? my mother always leaves it on 🙂 matter of personal preference?
