I actually prefer the grassy flavor of green peppers! (My favorite pizza is onion, green pepper and pineapple!) And when you are trying to cut your grocery bill, green peppers are so much cheaper than the others.
I appreciate that you talk about alternatives and substitute if something isn't easily found or available! ☺️ I'm not the most kitchen savvy but I'm learning so I'm clueless about what to substitute for certain ingredients 😩
