Is there a substitute for besan as I'm allergic?
That looks so GOOD!!ย
Anyone make this using something other than besan? I'm allergic but love this. If you don't have the mould, you can use a sieve, but a mould is easier. Also useful because you can make other stuff like chakri and papdi.
totally yummy!
Please mention the ingredients in Hindi / Gujarati.ย
That looks super yummy!
Could you use a spaghetti press for the maker?
Would a potato ricer work as a basen maker?
