  1. I added mushrooms, nutritional yeast, a flax egg, a pinch of smoked paprika, teaspoon of oregano, teaspoon balsamic vinegar and omitted the chilli powder. Really delicious.

  2. very good recipe but next time I'll add half an onion or less. I could barely form a the patties. Could be because I used a big onion but yeah. A lesson learned.
