This is an old video so idk who will notice, but asian markets have vegetarian fish sauce a lot of the time! Only thing you have to be careful with is getting the pre-made vs. the partially made, but you need to add salt/sugar (and or chilis) to suit your taste! (good luck c: ) I prefer vegetarian fish sauce over fish sauce because it's not as intense of a smell. But to each their own.
this recipe is similar to vegan chow mein i make at home. i dont use chicken broth or the egg but still tastes great.
Love watching you veganize non-vegan items! I'd image this to be super helpful to new vegans who are venturing into veganism but not sure how to start… well as you have proven here, anything can be veganized (:

I’m just a little confused by the broccoli. It’s not in pad Thai or carbonara. I think I’m going to leave that out. And instead of the vegan egg stuff which I don’t like, I would throw in some scrambled tofu which I always seem to have on hand as a leftover.
