  1. Vegan is very healthy and happy. I have been vegan for 50 years. I have not seen a doctor at all. I hope that foreign friends will come to Taiwan to eat vegan. I wish you vegan health and happiness. Any wish and good wish can be achieved.

  2. Tell me why I went to go buy things for this recipe and got whiskey (I’m 20) and when I got to the register i deadass told the cashier I’m cooking with it when he asked for my id…..

  3. Great video! 🤗 BTW you should try Sambal Oelek cuz it is awesome compared to weak sauce Sriracha and just as cheap and widely available (and the bottled version is vegan).

  4. I always add the black salt at the very end, or I find it loses the egg like taste (if its heated for too long and when it cools down too!) 🙂
Alsooo, you look so fit! You seem to thrive and be so well! 😀

  5. I received her cookbook as a gift, so thank you for veganizing a recipe!!! More of her recipes please!!!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👩🏾‍🍳👩🏾‍🍳👩🏾‍🍳

  6. I saw Valerie Bertinelli make Chicken tetrazzini the other day on her show and I thought about veganizing it, but realized I would need to use vegan cream cheese and a non dairy creamer and I didn’t want to waste the money on all the ingredients if it came out terrible. Can you try it, lol?

  7. Why do I feel like there's A LOT of soy sauce in this recipe…. The rice noodles do absorb a lot of the liquid, that's why in Asian dishes, there's generally no need to measure these seasoning ingredients and you go along as you taste it and determine how much to season.
