  1. I'll definitely have to try this, I've had the same ice cream maker for years but every recipe I tried was to big, then I stoped eating dairy and couldn't find a recipe that used an ice cream machine. Now I have a great reason to dig out my machine and give this a try.

  2. Allergic to nuts? 3 frozen bananas 1/2 cup coconut milk 1tbls vanilla in a blender you can eat it as soft serve or let it freeze a little more for hard serve

  3. OMG I love this! I'm sold, I'm subscribing. Normally when I see vegan icecream made, it's all done in the blender with like frozen bananas but you can't fake the slow incorporation of air into fat globules making fine bubbles to make it smooth, creamy and still dense, you just can't. Though I will say that it looked a little grainy, were those ice crystals? Did it actually come out smooth?
