  1. wine_top.jpg. … Unfortunately for vegans, some wines are processed using animal products. The culprit: a process called fining. The fining process, when it is used, allows winemakers to remove unwanted compounds from wine either before or after the juice is fermented.

  2. Oh Lordy this looks so good. I won't be serving any on Christmas Day however. It's going to be 107 degrees here!! I would love to see some festive recipes for a Southern Hemisphere Christmas. We will be mellllllttttiinnnng!

  3. I decided to go vegan a year ago.. with that said I love plant based diet – I only buy planet based, but I have had many moments where I'm at family house and i just eat the cookie.. or the pie.. or try that piece of sushi while I'm out. so I'd say like 90% I follow veganism. Now i'd like to say one day that i'm 100% vegan with that said, do you have a philosophy on the process of becoming fully vegan? I get a lot of shit from people when I went vegan, and now I get a lot of shit from the same people when I "cheat", its a really conflicting feeling just wondering your thoughts

  4. I miss my Food Network cooking shows. Of course as a vegan they're quite useless now. Which is why I really love and appreciate this channel. I really hope one day SOON (like this coming year lol) we can get a vegan cooking show on TV.

  5. Love your necklace, it's so pretty and fits perfectly into the Christmas theme 🙂 Always did my gravy wrong as it seems, since the base of mine is plant based milk and a lot of spices…tastes delicious, but I am going to try out this recipe either way because it looks great – and who doesn't like (vegan) butter? Have a lovely christmas time, much love from Germany <3

  6. Shouldn't you put the flour in the butter, and let the flour turn golden brown before adding liquid so that it cooks out the raw flour taste?…Well, then again, maybe it's just easier to do the other way because it takes a while to cook the flour. Ain't nobody got time for that! lol

  7. So making this this coming weekend!! P.s. My fiancé is a meat eater I think the videos with you and James is starting to take an effect on him 😍 he also watches your live stream with me every week and loves it. So awesome 🙌🏻
