Anybody else also wondering what they do with the huge amount of waste Tasty and all the other test kitchens produce? They waste an incredible amount of perfectly good food and ingredients… I hope they put their fails up to good use.
You can't be talking about sustainability in an episode when you're carelessly wasting tons of produce in all your other episodes on a daily basis.
