  1. I know I’m gonna get hate but I never ate a bahn mi in Vietnam that wasn’t on toasted bread, with the middle hollowed out, and I never had one with anywhere near that much pate must’ve had one every day for 6 months. but then again that pork looks good af

  2. Aww, they didn't put mayo on the top bun. I was told that mayo keeps the bread from being soaked by the contents of the sandwich. But I guess it doesn't matter if you eat it right away.

  3. As a Vietnamese person, I really hate when people call these sandwiches "Banh Mi"
    They mispronounce it and it doesn't even mean "sandwich". It's weird. Just call it a vietnamese sandwich
