  3. I’ve made crostatas several times and I find that the crust tastes fabulous on day 1 but gets a bit mushy by day 2. We’re a small family so we don’t eat it all on the first day. Does this happen to you as well? Love your videos. Thanks for all your efforts into them.

Our (adult) kids are coming over on Sundee to share pics & stories of their recent hiking & glamping trip to Acadia Nat’l Park so I was wanting to make something w Maine blueberries. I’ll make couple of these and some blueberry fool for dessert. That should be a hit.
