  1. I just finished making this soup, using portabello mushrooms (thats what the white small mushrooms in grocery stores are, right?). It is literally the best mushroom soup I've ever had, and trust me, I'm a mushroom soup fanatic so I've tasted a lot! I did use 1 lb of mushrooms, 5 cloves of minced garlic, 1 red onion instead of yellow, rosemary instead of thyme and took out the sprig of rosemary after 10 minutes, and added a dash of paprika. My husband said it's 11 out of 10. 😍🤤😋

  2. hi im so excited to try this, but currently don't have a hand blender, if i puree the mushrooms before cooking would that do? or you won't advice it? ty. 😊
