Made this last night, it was my first attempt at making my own pasta and boy were you right! This was the best pasta I have ever eaten! I’m pretty sure I tasted it and said “This really is flipping good!” Thank you Chef Parisi for making these videos! You are one of my go to channels.

You shouldn't use egg pasta with alfredo sauce. In italy fresh pasta is only used for things like bolognese.

So I just tried this recipe and it's perfect! I actually have so much leftover dough because the amount of pasta from half the dough was already insane 🙂 I love the simple taste of fettuccine alfredo. I absolutely hate cream, so this was perfect for me – just pasta, salt, cheese, and butter. Thank you so much, Billy.

I've tried the cream/butter thing, not so good.. It separated really bad. Could have been the the ingredients or the way I put it together, but never again thanks to you..
