  1. These are delicious. There used to be a small shop on Nassau St in Princeton that made these and we'd sit and eat them by the dozen with coffee or Hot Chocolate. I'll be cooking these up for sure! Yum.

  2. Your website recipe uses water vs milk. Also no eggs vs eggs. Which do you feel is better?

    I stand corrected. I see I have an older recipe of yours from your website. The current one is the one you use in this video. My apologies.

  3. “Zeppole” is already plural. No “s” should be added at the end. If you have just one, it’s a zeppola.

    It’s the same as “cannoli”, which is the plural of “cannolo.” There’s no “cannolis”.

  4. Great idea for a video! This was a standard dessert in my house growing up. Believe it or not, I was SO bored of Italian pastries and desserts that I begged my mom to let us have store bought treats like our friends. My aunt used to bring us those plastic wrapped lard filled cupcakes as a treat on occasion and I thought it was my birthday! 😂😂
