  3. I really want Rie to make a " Jibarito Sandwich".
    It's a steak sandwich with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes, onions (if you want to add them) but instead of using bread we use fried green plantains. It's very popular in chicago which was created by a puerto Rican man who his father challenged him to a cook off & the son won. 😂

    Ps. If you don't want green Plantains you can also use sweet plantains.
