  1. If I want to cook this the day before what is the best way to reheat it? Question two: Can I make the seitan and refridgerate it then cook it the next day in the basting sauce? Question three: Can the recipe be cut in half?

  3. I really hope you read this. I want to make this for Thanksgiving this year but I have to make it the day before because I'm going out of town. So, how do I properly store, refrigerate, and reheat for it to taste the same the next day? Thank you.

  4. Have this ready to start cooking, but the vid gives a different cooking time than the listed recipe. About two hours in the vid, and 3 1/2 hours in the recipe. Help. 🙂
