  2. Meh! Took quite a bit to balance it properly. Needs sweetness to balance. To fix from this recipe, Add brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and orange zest and taste, taste, taste! Meatballs were good, though

  3. 🍝 : SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS RECIPE

    PASTA SAUCE –

    – 1/4 cup – olive oil
    – 2 chopped onions
    – 10 minced garlic cloves
    – 1/2 tsp – red pepper flakes
    – salt
    – black pepper

    – SCOOP OUT 1/3 OF A CUP OF ONION & SAVE FOR LATER.

    – 1 (12 oz) tomato paste
    – 2 (28 oz) cans of crushed tomatoes
    – 1 tbsp – dried oregano
    – 1 tbsp – dried parsley

    – SIMMER FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES.

    MEATBALLS –

    – 1 pound – ground beef
    – 1 pound – ground pork
    – 1/3 cup – sautéed onions & garlic
    – 1 cup – bread crumbs
    – 1/2 cup – ricotta cheese
    – 1/4 cup – chopped fresh parsley
    – 2 – beaten eggs
    – 1/2 cup – parmesan
    – 1/4 cup – milk
    – salt
    – black pepper

    – BAKE MEATBALLS AT 425°F FOR 20 MINUTES.

    PASTA –

    – 1 pound – spaghetti noodles
    – salt

    – BOIL PASTA FOR 7-10 MINUTES.
    – DRAIN PASTA.
    – PUT PASTA INTO PASTA SAUSE.

    TOPPINGS FOR YOUR DISH –

    – parmesan
    – basil

  4. Some people say that u should put oil in ur pasta and now that's very VERY stupid I tried it once and compared it with non oil and the one with oil is realy slippy and tastes bland but the non oil oh its better

  7. To be honest, i think that spaghetti and meatballs are a dish that was made from the time Italians came to America, Since Croatian food has no spaghetti and meatballs in it but it is the most heavily italianised cuisine.
