Meh! Took quite a bit to balance it properly. Needs sweetness to balance. To fix from this recipe, Add brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and orange zest and taste, taste, taste! Meatballs were good, though
🍝 : SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS RECIPE
PASTA SAUCE –
– 1/4 cup – olive oil
– 2 chopped onions
– 10 minced garlic cloves
– 1/2 tsp – red pepper flakes
– salt
– black pepper
– SCOOP OUT 1/3 OF A CUP OF ONION & SAVE FOR LATER.
– 1 (12 oz) tomato paste
– 2 (28 oz) cans of crushed tomatoes
– 1 tbsp – dried oregano
– 1 tbsp – dried parsley
– SIMMER FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES.
MEATBALLS –
– 1 pound – ground beef
– 1 pound – ground pork
– 1/3 cup – sautéed onions & garlic
– 1 cup – bread crumbs
– 1/2 cup – ricotta cheese
– 1/4 cup – chopped fresh parsley
– 2 – beaten eggs
– 1/2 cup – parmesan
– 1/4 cup – milk
– salt
– black pepper
– BAKE MEATBALLS AT 425°F FOR 20 MINUTES.
PASTA –
– 1 pound – spaghetti noodles
– salt
– BOIL PASTA FOR 7-10 MINUTES.
– DRAIN PASTA.
– PUT PASTA INTO PASTA SAUSE.
TOPPINGS FOR YOUR DISH –
– parmesan
– basil

Some people say that u should put oil in ur pasta and now that's very VERY stupid I tried it once and compared it with non oil and the one with oil is realy slippy and tastes bland but the non oil oh its better
