  1. The rice looks undercooked 🙄….Why bombay biriyani out of all biriyanis? In india hyderabaadi and Kolkata style biriyani have more fame and popularity. Bombay biriyani is almost non existent.

    Also, why would you let the semi boiled rice cool out when the steam from the rice helps the spices to get integrated with the meat and rice better? It also helps the rice to get fully cooked.

    1.thalaseery style
    2.calicut style
    3.malabar style
    Please search the recipe and try for yourself guys it's worth it
