  1. Hi everyone! Thanks so much for making these baos with me! If you're making a bunch, you can store them in the fridge for a week or so. You can also pop them in the freezer where they'll be fresh for a few months. Separate them with parchment paper so they don't stick to each other and it'll be much easier to take out as well.

When reheating baos, wrap it in a wet towel or wet paper towel, place it on a plate, and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. 45 seconds is usually the sweet spot for me. Be careful when removing the paper towel, as the steam can be very hot.

Love you all! <3 Happy bao making!

  2. i made these and there are amazing , one thing that annoys me that the pig ear wont stick to the bao it keep on falling . i tried to press it down but it still fell lol

  3. Cat shape with meat filling… Uuhhmm… As a Filipino, all I can think of is the rumor that street vendors here in PH uses cat meat for their baos (siopao) . 😂

  4. Has anyone here tried the recipe according to the measurements the host gave? I tried the recipe and used a mixer but found 1/3 cup of milk to be too little as I found my dough to be too dry and didn't come out smooth as her recipe in the video. I would say that it was closer to 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp of milk. Also, my dough was still rather lumpy although I let my mixer (with the dough attachment) mix it for 10 min. Any recommendations?
