  1. Hi everyone! Thanks so much for making these baos with me! If you're making a bunch, you can store them in the fridge for a week or so. You can also pop them in the freezer where they'll be fresh for a few months. Separate them with parchment paper so they don't stick to each other and it'll be much easier to take out as well.

    When reheating baos, wrap it in a wet towel or wet paper towel, place it on a plate, and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. 45 seconds is usually the sweet spot for me. Be careful when removing the paper towel, as the steam can be very hot.

  3. tried making this following the recipe but the dough just didn't come together. it was wayyy to sticky and not at all getting smooth despite minutes of mixing, kneading, and even adding more flour

  4. I really want to make these for a party a few days from now, can anyone recommend some filling ideas for me? The last time I made these buns they turned out really dry :((( the dough became dry quickly when I was making the toppings for the animals

  6. i made these and there are amazing , one thing that annoys me that the pig ear wont stick to the bao it keep on falling . i tried to press it down but it still fell lol
