OMG Your video literally just changed my life! I've been trying every non-dairy creamer under the sun and nothing seems to taste great or mix well. Just made this and I am so happy! Lovely taste and texture. I didn't have unsweetened coconut so I just used one cup cashews to 2 and a half cups water with 3 dates because I have a serious sweet tooth and wanted it a little thicker, then blended and strained. So thick and creamy and so tasty! THANK YOU! <3
