  1. Thank you so much for this recipe!! I have made it two Christmases in a row, and it was a hit, shocking my turkey addicted husband so much that he pinched himself, he thought it was so close to the real thing he doesn't want to eat real turkey again. So wonderful to see his reaction especially after his double-bypass surgery and his struggles to stay eating vegan along with me following his heart attack. Now we have a new x-mas tradition separate from carnivore family's traditions that won't clog his arteries. He sent a picture of the turkey to his family and they were so curious they said they would have crashed our holiday feast to try it out, if it weren't for the distance separating us. I experimented a couple of times with this recipe to omit the gluten due to my severe allergies, added an extra can of jackfruit and another block of tofu, and it worked like a charm. Served alongside cashew cream mushroom gravy, homemade stuffing (your recipe, yum), mashed cauliflower, chickpeas and potatoes, steamed peas and carrots, pecan roasted brussels sprouts and almond flour pumpkin pie with aquafaba whipped cream, we are still eating the leftovers! Now, onto try your tofu skin chicken drumsticks, I've just ordered the faux bones for those. Thanks again!!

  2. Thank you for the video and recipe! Can this be made days in advance? Like: prep, freeze/refrigerate ahead of time. And pressure cook and cook in the oven the day it'll be served?

  3. If you actually and truly made a vegan turkey look like a Thanksgiving turkey thumbs up Now the next step is actually coming up with a mode Basically press the Satan into a mode shape turkey or dark or ham and then yes it then should mimic the Look of turkey That reminds me of those Play-Doh sets Remember the old Play-Doh sets that actually had the Thanksgiving Play-Doh where you will actually press the dough on one side and then the other door and when you put it together it actually made an actual turkey This could be like a larger scale Just to know just thinking about some old school stuff I remember that Plato said since you showed that so yeah I'm ready to step in and see this and maybe like I said using a larger size quote unquote Play-Doh mode

  4. I'm doing your VERY DETAILED RECIPE RIGHT NOW AND I HAVE TO SAY…THE WET BATTER ALONE, TASTED ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I DIDN'T GO THE TURKEY ROUTE…I CAN'T, I'M MAKING A LOG (ROAST). MY HOUSE SMELLS DELECTABLE…LOL!!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!

  5. Why can you not just give us the actual recipe you make in this video? Or at least tell us the amounts while you are making it???

Take just a tiny bit of time to make your recipe COMPLETE so I can actually make it without jumping between tabs on my browser while trying to figure out what the hell to do

  6. This sounds delicious! I’d like to make this but I don’t have a pressure cooker. Can I substitute the pressure cook step and use my oven instead? How would I do that?

  7. This has to be one of the most outrageous and amazing vegan recipes I’ve ever seen! I can’t believe you even thought of this, let alone executed it so perfectly! Great job!

  8. I've been reading the comments and it seems nobody has tried doing this. All I read is "looks amazing", "looks good" etc. but nobody said "i did it and it tasted great". Is everyone intimidated with trying it? And, if anybody tried doing it, can you please give a feedback?

  9. I think this is a cute idea for vegans of vegetarians who miss the turkey shape. Honestly, the thing that pushed me to go vegan seven years ago was the last time I made a turkey, and how sad I felt about it. The shape and handling of the meat was just to end for me, so I do not miss that texture. I do think this is an incredible idea for people who believe you cannot have a plant-based Thanksgiving or Christmas sans a real turkey.

  10. Trying to imitate meat is the most delusional thing i ever saw. This is insanely mentally ill and ridicoulous!! It's so obvious that vegans crave meat but don't admit it. What a sad cult….
