I used to work at taco bell. The actual order is meat, cheese, crunchy tortilla, lettuce, tomato. There's not onion in there. But it looks great regardless and I'm sure it hits the spot. Also, some tips for ordering at taco bell:
–order it "fresco" and they'll replace the dairy products with tomatoes for free (usually adding tomatoes is an extra charge if they're not usually on the item)
–you can replace any meat with potatoes, refried beans, or black beans for free
–their website has a list of vegan and vegetarian options if you want more info

For the tomato sauce, is it a regular size 14.5oz can or the big 28oz can? In the video you say a big can but the recipe on the website says a single 14oz can.
