  1. It must be kismet! I just sauteed some mushrooms (before they went bad) with onions not knowing how to use them yet. Though all the soups sound great, I think the Hungarian one will happen tonight. Thanks!

  2. Everythjng lokks delicious but the pozole is a little off. No one here would put beans as a substitute for meat. BUT i would definitely put some type of mushroom (like oyster) to resemble pork. 🙂

  3. Yeeeees, Soup Season!! Soup and hot beverages – not necessarily together, LOL. These look delicious! While I will 100% be making and having all of them this season, I need that broccoli soup in my life STAT! (I haven't had a "cream" of broccoli since going vegan, and that used to be one of my and my Dads, RIP, favorite dishes. ♥)

Hello Edgy Veg, I happened to come across your page and was throughly excited to watch this specific video as I love to see others share and experience my culture’s food especially with it being a vegan version as my fellow Hispanics/Latinos know that we don’t do meatless meals lol. If you’re open to corrective criticism that is not how Pozole is made and I would love to share with you my vegan recipe of Pozole as it still resembles a very authentic traditional dish of my people.

  7. I love pozole! I usually eat it on my dads birthday. I like to use the gardein chicken strips for some protein but next time I make it I’m going to use beans just like you did. I also can’t wait to make the Hungarian mushroom soup🤤
