From what I can see, the key is "spinning it" and once you can do that, it should be easier ("practice makes perfect"). Since I don't expect a lot of dishes to require this kind of spin technique, it's not something you can do right on the first few tries (especially with variables like water/oil resistance, surface & tool textures, etc.).
This technique makes me question if there's any dishes that could use the spin techinque.
