I know you're Jain which is why all the food you make is vegetarian. But out of curiosity, what region of India are you originally from? The reason for asking is because most Indian food I'm familiar with is Punjabi, and these peppers and oils seem more like Rajasthani or Maharashtrian. Just wondering, thanks. 🙂
