  1. People are going to be confused because some rather buy the lemon juice instead of the lemon it-self & so they wonder what is the equivalence of 1 oz of lemon that is about 2 tablespoons to a cup of water some prefer to add a little of sea salt a PINCH & a spoon of RAW honey or and add a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinger…Try keep it Organic.

  2. Hi Candice! I decided to try this lemon cleanse and I'm on my fourth day today and it's turning out great! My bloating has gone down and I'm really starting to see results, and my bowels has improved as well. Thank you so much! By the way, can you olease post more detox and weight loss videos? 🙂

  3. YES, your juice must be fresh, all juice sitting on shelves for >2 days are for the most part sugar water, even if they were made with no additives. I have a theory that there's a living component to juices (and food) that science has yet to measure. Just try it… freshly juice some orange juice and drink it right away, see how u feel. Do the same thing but store it in an airtight container for 3 days, then drink. You'll feel a VERY different effect. And yup, water helps palate the lemon.

  4. I like your t-shirt.

Question: Is it better to use a lemon and squeeze the juice out than just buying those bottles of "raw lemon juice"? I've been told a fresh orange is better than orange juice, which often has tons of additives.

Also does mixing the lemon juice with water just make it easier to drink? I don't mind drinking raw lemon juice.

  5. nope. because lime does not have the same antibacterial properties. There's a reason they make Lemon Pledge and not Lime Pledge 🙂 … not that there's any lemon in that lol.

  6. I drink my water at room temperature to help hydrate quickly. Friends of mine find it easier to drink cold. If cold, your body will take longer to hydrate because your body will first warm up the liquid.
