I saw this so many years ago aunty and I still use this recipe. Comes out perfectly every time! Thank you so much 🙏🙏
Thank you.
Made this yesterday it was delicious. l used ground almonds (found the whole ones in my cupboard too late). Had to add more saffron (Spanish) which was hard to dissolve.
How Come Such A Small Amount of Rice?!!
Is That Enough Sugar?!!
Is That Enough Rice?!!!
nice recipe and looks delicious. Can you please tell me why you added butter in the kheer what's the purpose of it ? Is it mandatory or you can skip it? thanks
Thank you for sharing. At my office, this is a special request for the pot luck. Thank you for making it look so simple.
Like your videos a lot. Can I use cooked rice (unsalted) to cut the cooking time? It sure takes a long time stirring and watching it constantly if I use raw rice.
Thank you mam!

@sheliaann1969 :AYURVEDICS 787.721-4369.THEY HAVE SAFFRON AND MANY SPICES. HOPE THIS WILL HELP.
MANJULA MATTA: THANKS FOR THE RECIPE! IT'S AMAZING HOW CULTURES ASSIMILATE RECIPES. IN MY COUNTRY WE MAKE "ARROZ CON DULCE" INSTEAD OF MILK, WE PUT RICE,COCONUT MILK, CINNAMON, GINGER, AZAHAR WATER, CLOVE, RAISINS AND THE FLAVORS!!!OMG. THIS KHEER I WILL TRY, I MIGHT THINK MY HUSBAND WILL BE VERY HAPPY, AND ALSO THE SAFFRON DRINK!, HUGS FROM PUERTO RICO!
Thank you so much Manjula Ji for sharing your superb recipes with us. When I watched this video I thought of Sujata, who made kheer for the Buddha after he had starved for 6 years. It gave him his strength back so it must be full of goodness!
