  1. This is not Italian. Clams evoo garlic parsaly spaghetti and a little pasta water. Optional little peperoncino. What you made is pasta con burro! Clams from a jar? Next time buy more fresh clams.

  2. How do you remove the sand from the clams? I find that clams have a lot of sand in them so I usually cook them separately then add them to dishes after they have opened.
