The best mac and cheese I've ever had, I had it made by Terry personally as he's my uncle, I made this for my kids, using cottage cheese was amazing, it's super cheesy without being oily and fattening
I made this recipe today and it was by far the easiest mac & cheese recipe I've made, and delicious. Looking back over the recipe I forgot the sour cream but it was still delicious! I will be using this recipe on the regular now. Thanks!

I've been making this recipe for 3 years, and it is SOooooo delish! Just recently I've been replacing the pasta with cauliflower for a more low carb dish, and it works just as well. I'm going to try it with broccoli next to see how that turns out.
