  1. Hi Manjula! I love Mango Lassi! Thank you for this recipe. I've only had mango lassis at Indian restaurants, and when I asked how they make them, they told me they used canned mangoes. I am sure it's much better w fresh mangoes. My problem is I can never really get good ripe mangoes where I live. They are green and hard. If I were to use canned could you tell which (Indian) brand you recommend? Also, do you use full fat milk and full fat yogurt? Thank you again Manjula. I am excited to try the homemade recipe w cardamom powder and mint garnish! I don't think I've had one with cardamom.
