Once I prepared this dish and it was delicious. I love the way she explains everything in every recipe. Hugs from Mexico 🇲🇽
Thank you for the inspiration. I had a package of frozen green mango and was looking for a recipe to use it up. I shredded it along with 1 carrot and 1/3 of a cabbage and sliced onion. Made a lovely, health vegan fried rice. Omitted the coconut to keep it healthier.
Thank you Manjula!!!! I’ve been dreaming of mango rice and this looks so good! I can not wait to make it!!!

Delicious 👌🏽👌🏽
Good recipe! In the traditional south indian style, sesame seed oil is used. In it mustard seeds, urad dhal, channa dhail, cashew nuts , dry red chillies , curry leaves and hing is added. Also, no grated coconut! Its a mouth watering dish:)
