Can anyone please tell me how long it takes to boil the roots? Is it better to use a pressure cooker and if so, how many minutes in the instant pot pressure cooker?

I have a recipe for arbi nihari. You just put nihari masala, water, arbi and then mix in some flour dissolved in water to thicken the gravy. Perfect 4 vegeterians

My mom avoids to mak it many times. Because she's aware of that its my fav dish and I steal many bites while it is frying with masala and almost cooked. More than half only I consume. It is my love and thank you cuz I made by myself by watching your video
