Black salt has a different smell and taste but you can do without it.
What does black salt do? I notice it's in many of your recipes. If I leave it out, will it make a big difference?

in mexico we call it salsa mexicana it's almost the same
we use tomatoes onions chile jalapeño lemon and salt with totopos wich is fried tortillas with a triangle shape 🙂 it's almost the same
