  2. Beautiful. My mouth is watering. Mexicans use onions in the salsa, why did you not use onions and could we? Also slight garlic would be great too. When get off my fast I will make this, minus the fried tortillas. I bake my corn tortillas.

    Your recipe is really nice.. You can use Cabot brand cheese which is 100% vegetarian and very famous all over US.
    It comes in different flavors and very tasty. You can grate 1 packet of white and 1 packet of yellow cheddar and use it.
