  1. 4 plum tomatoes
    2 red bell peppers
    1/2 red onion
    2 habanero peppers
    6 garlic gloves
    2 6oz tomato paste
    1tbsp salt
    1tbsp black pepper
    1/2 cup water
    Blend

    In pot
    1cup vegetable oil
    1 plum tomato cut
    Other 1/2 of red onion
    Pinch of salt
    Pinch of black pepper
    Flank steak 1 1/2 cut up
    1tsp rosemary
    1tsp paprika
    1tsp curry powder
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 bay leaf
    Simmer 20 minutes

    This is the worst way to prepare a Nigerian beef stew, this is an abomination coming from a Nigerian living in Nigeria 🇳🇬.

    In Nigeria we don't blend ingredients with salt and tomato 🍅 puree and bayleaf in a blender

    Also we boil our beef before frying nobody fries raw beef, no Nigerian does this.

    Dear @BuzzFeed this content even though it's old is misleading and Nigerians on Twitter have a different day about this food. He should go back and learn from his mom, and many Non-nigerians would think this is how we cook. Chineke nna 😭😭
