  3. I did this and it was delicious!!! I skip anything that tastes like celery and substituted sweet potato. Also, instead of herb butter, drizzled lightly with apricot balsamic vinegar. My goodness. Fantastic. My husband said, “Keep this in the line up, babe! So good.” Thanks, Chef Billy!
