Dear mom July, I am enjoying this recipe immensely. I have a question about the tamarind juice. Are you using tamarind concentrate that is still concentrate and not mixed with extra water or are you actually mixing it to the full juice flavor. I don’t know if I’m adding too much or too little. My brand says to mix 1 teaspoon of concentrate with a teaspoon of water I think. I’ve just been adding it without are adding the water.
I love your old vids, very authentic and homely
Till today whenever i made it i follow your recipe…its always the best…thank you so much and love you from Mizoram
Panipuri's green and hot water requires green coriander leaves and fresh Ginger also moreover instead of using sugar you should have used jaggery
We love you so much madam ji
