  1. Sorry Mam. It is not maharashtrian kadhi. We Maharashtians call it only Pithala. Also we never add Mango powder in it.We have it with nutritious Jawar Bhakari.

  2. Interesting, so basically just tempered flour curry. I see a lot of variations that use the dahi … I guess to make the experience a little richer, but clearly not vegan.
