Thank you kindly, Auntie. My( husband's) cousin's wife makes an incredible spicy version of this with similar subji and I knew I would find something similar and even more fantastic with your recipe. Of course, I'll throw in whatever we've got but this is more like hers and we'll be enjoying it for breakfasts instead of our usual dal bhat or khichiri.
My partner was raving about this wonderful flakey breakfast dish their ex mother in law cooked them all the time. I am going to have to try making it now.

i tried thick n thin both..1 tried thick than also totally smash hubbu shouted than i bought thin slim than also i process is wrong seem to be ..pls guide me…..if i make by thin poha what would be result n thick too

I think the reason behind the Soft poha is that you may had washed it for quite a long time..!
dont you need to wait until the mustard seeds are poped out….otherwise i think we may feel the crunchy effect of mustard which is not so nice….

Ya dish ma tametu bauj Saras lage. Tame try karjo. Sev ane pomegranate pan saras lage
do not use very this poha.
