  1. That looks like more than 4 tb of yogurt. May be your spoons are different to mine as I'm in the UK because my table spoons would never get that much yogurt. What country are you living in?

I would like to ask you how long do you need to boil the potatoes for this dish? I know you mentioned boiling them first, how soft do they need to be? Thank you so much!!

  3. I am trying to learn to cook healthier indian food, I was wondering if you knew a way I could keep the yogurt from curdling or separating in the pan? I use low fat yogurt so I know that has to do with it. I love your videos
